About Pro Paintball Shop
Pro Paintball Shop was established in 2005 to further the growth of paintball as a sport in Australia and quickly gained recognition as one of the country's best paintball stores. We currently stock two stores, in Campbellfield (Melbourne) and Moama, NSW. Orders are currently available by phone only, but an online store is in the works.

At Pro Paintball Shop, we always strive to make your shopping experience as pleasant and as hassle-free as possible.

Finding what you want

Use our quick search function at the top-right of every page to quickly find what you're after. Alternatively, you can use our Advanced Search page to find items by brand, cost or keyword.

Making a Purchase

Once you have decided on the item(s) you wish to purchase, please give us a call on 1300 733 333 to place your order. Please note the availability status of the items on this site first, as some items may have to be ordered from the manufacturer and may take up to 3 weeks to ship.

Purchasing a Paintball Marker (Gun)

To purchase a paintball marker in Australia, you must have a valid firearms licence, and a Permit To Acquire a firearm.

Additionally, Pro Paintball Shop will only sell paintballs to Australian customers who have the necessary firearms licence (does not apply to international orders).

Unfortunately, each state in Australia has different rules and regulations regarding the application for a firearms licence, so to find out more about getting a licence in your state, please see the relevant links below.

To apply for a licence, you are often required to be a member of a paintball association in order to have a "valid reason" for owning a paintball marker.
We strongly suggest becoming a member of the:

Australian Paintball Association (APA)

Once you have your firearms licence, you will need a Permit To Acquire a firearm (PTA), which can be obtained at your local police station.

For customers in Victoria or New South Wales, Pro Paintball Shop is able to ship a paintball marker directly to you once you send us your PTA. For customers in other states, you will need to nominate a firearms dealer in your state to handle the registration. Pro Paintball Shop will ship the marker to your dealer and you must provide them with your PTA before taking possession of the marker.

Payments

Pro Paintball Shop ordering can be done over the phone, with shipping available Australia wide, or world wide if needed. Instant payments can be made by credit card, or they can be made by bank transfer, PayPal transfer or even by cheque or money order. Please note that items will not ship until payment has been received and cleared.

Shipping

Pro Paintball Shop uses a variety of couriers, as well as Australia Post, to ensure the most affordable shipping costs to the customer. From small items to pallet-loads, we can have almost anything on your doorstep within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. Express Postage is always available if you need your items in a hurry, just let our staff know when you call to order.

Returns Policy

We are happy to refund, credit or exchange any faulty equipment within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided we receive the goods in good condition. Returns will be approved at our discretion and all postage costs are to be incurred by the customer.

After 30 days, all technical or fault issues should be taken up with the manufacturer of the product in question.

Please call or email info@propaintballshop.com.au with notification of the items and reason for the return and we will respond with instructions on how to proceed.

Please note that we do not accept returns based on a simple change of mind.

Lost in Transit

If you suspect that a shipment has become "lost in transit" we first ask you to check with your local Post Office as your parcel may be awaiting collection. We ask that you allow us a 30 day investigation period before we can start treating the parcel as lost in transit.

Note: If we have been provided with incorrect shipping details or if a non-traceable shipping method (eg. Regular Mail) has been used, the cost of replacing the item will be the responsibility of the client.
